75, passed away May 15, 2004, at her residence in San Bernardino, CA, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born November 12, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant, PA, Marilyn graduated from Scottdale High School and attended Miss Conley's Secretarial School in Pittsburgh. She was a New Accounts Officer with American National Bank. The widow of Richard L. Henderson, is survived by her si x children, Joel Henderson (Roz) of Crown Point, IN, Janet Van Den Bussche (Norm) of Arlington Heights, IL, Richard II (Sylvia) of Munster, IN, James (Nora) of Moor Park, CA, Julie Nelson (Rob) of San Bernardino, CA and Jay (Linda) of Louisville, KY; as well as 10 grandchildren, Joel (Jennifer), Jenna (fiance, Matt), Sam, Seth, Jill (finance, Mike), James, Anna, Tess, Keegan, Cason; and two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Angelina. She will now join her beloved father, Gilbert and mother, Marie, both gon e may years, and cherished sister (Rebecca) who preceded her in death by five months, along with solemate William Eicher of Scottdale, PA. Her loss will also be mourned by Rebecca's two surviving children, Marilyn Rosenkoetter (Robert) and Monroe Shontz Ernst (Kelly) and their families. Her lifelong girlfriend, Margie Hoffman will miss her deeply. Marilyn's final wishes will be honored in two memorial services on Thursday, May 20, 2004, the first to be held at Bobbitt Funeral Home, 1299 East Highland Avenu e, San Bernardino, CA 92404, 909-882-3671, www.bobbittchapel.com, 11:00 a.m.; the second at the home of Joel S. Henderson, 12818 Grant Street, Crown Point, IN 46307, 219-808-9635, 5:00-8:00 p.m. A future service of the joint scattering of Marilyn and her sister's ashes will take place in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bernardine's Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA 909-883-8711.
