COLTON- Aug.30- Elsworth Carnahan is slowly recovering from a painful accident suffered tho later part of last week while at work in San Bernardino.

Mr Carnahan who is a contractor was working on the new theatre building in San Bernardino when the scaffolding broke, throwing him to the pavement sixteen feet below. The impact broke several of the contractor's ribs and badly wrenched his shoulder. This the secon time in two months that Mr. Carnahan has been injured by a fall.
