FONTANA-Nov.15- At a business meeting of Court Immaculate Conception,Catholic Daughters of America, Tuesday evening in St. Joseph's hall, Mrs. J.F. Comstock grand regent,appointedm committees to assist in the programs being prepared for the Community Chest Capers to be held Nov. 29 and 30 and Dec.1.
The court will cosponsor the coming events with the Fontana Woman's club juniors and other organizations. committees assiting from the court will be ; dance,Mmes. Kenneth March, chairman; Barabara Conway,B.B. Burke,Fred Novak and Angela chadwick, and tickets, the Mmes. Ray Micallef, John Green, C.L. Johnson and Charles Cummings.
A day of recollection will be held Dec. 9 for all women of the parish. Mrs. J. J. Mangas,Mrs. Thomas J. Conway and Mrs. R. L. Gazvoda are in charge of the plans.
The table from which refreshments were served at close of the meeting was attractively decorated with autumn fruit,pyracantha and yellow tapers. Hostesses for the evening were the Mmes. C.L. Johnson,Eloise Humphrey,Ed Lemmerich,Stanley Liss and G. S. Kanoti.
