Pictures of the 210 Freeway Constuction

The first photo (FWY 146) shows a view looking east toward Lytle Creek Wash. Frisbie Park is in the distance on the right and a rock crusher plant is on the left in the distance.

The second photo (FWY 148) was taken from the same point but looking a little more toward the left (you can see there is quite a bit of overlap with FWY 146 in the center).

The third photo (FWY 115) shows construction equipment working near Lytle Creek Wash. The fourth photo (FWY 127) shows a newly created "hill" on the south side of Highland Avenue just east of California Street in San Bernardino.

The fifth photo (FWY 141) was taken a mile or so east of Riverside Avenue looking toward the west. It shows where the Rialto bench is being carved away to make the new freeway.

The sixth photo (FWY 144) is a notable Rialto house near the new freeway. It was an attention grabbing home because it was the first one built on the hill, high on the bench, to the north overlooking Highland Avenue.
